Circular On Conducting AGM through VC or OAVM

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs comes with a new general circular no. 19/2021 issued dated 08 December 2021 for the clarification of holding Annual General Meeting (AGM) through Video Conference (VC) or Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The companies can conduct their AGM which is due on the year 2021 on or before 30th June 2022 in accordance with para 3 & para 4 of general circular no. 20/2020 issued on 5th May 2020.
